Emaar Malls to sell its fashion website Namshi
In the U.A.E., a refocusing is underway in the retail property sector. The Dubai-based Emaar Malls (a subsidiary of Emaar Properties and owner of The Dubai Mall and Dubai Marina Mall) aims to sell its specialized fashion e-commerce branch Namshi. According to Reuters, the NBD bank has been mandated for this operation.
