Jeff Bezos invests in Indonesian start-up Ula
Amazon's C.E.O. is taking a stake in B2B startup Ula. The app helps small retailers manage inventory, grow their business and improve margins.
Aged 40, Nipun Mehra created Ula in January 2020, and he has already received investment from Jeff Bezos, the iconic boss of Amazon. The American billionaire has taken an undisclosed capital share of this young B2B marketplace, which targets the millions of small stores on which most of the food trade in Indonesia is based.
