Poland’s biggest e-player challenges Amazon
In Eastern Europe as elsewhere, e-commerce is consolidating. Allegro wants its share of the cake and buys Mall for €881 million.
At the beginning of November, Polish pure-player Allegro (listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since October 2020) proposed to takeover a Czech rival Mall Group in a €881-million deal.
